BuJo Bullet Journal — Practice: The official BuJo edition. Numbered pages and a real index are the difference between a notebook and a system I actually keep up with.

Sharon Salzberg — Teachers: Sharon Salzberg has taught me so much about meditation, equanimity, and lovingkindness.

Apple Watch Ultra 2 — Essentials: Tracks the swim, steps, and sleep without me thinking about them, and the battery outlasts the trip. The one piece of tech I hardly ever take off.

Swimming — Practice: You may not believe this, but I did not learn to swim until I was 21. Now, I love the water so much.

Travel — Practice: Travel photos from around the world. See some of my favorite places I've visited.

Human Design — Practice: A framework that gave me language for how I actually work best. I built a tool for reading your own chart.

AirPods Pro 3 — Essentials: They still feel magical when you put them on and go for a walk or ride.

iPhone 17 Pro — Cosmic Orange — Essentials: The camera always in my pocket and ready to go.

Claude — Toolkit: My partner-in-crime that distracts me but helps me build most of this site more quickly than I could code it myself.

Cursor — Toolkit: The editor I like to write in currently.

Ghostty — Toolkit: This is my go-to terminal that is fast and gets out of the way.

Strava — Toolkit: Where every swim, walk, ride, and yoga practice ends up. If it's not in Strava it didn't happen!

Health Auto Export — Toolkit: Gets Apple Health data out of the phone and somewhere I can actually use it. It quietly feeds my fitness tracking.

Blue Bottle Craft Matcha — Food & Drink: For the afternoons that require a different kind of boost. Grassy and sweet rather than bitter.

Blue Bottle Giant Steps — Food & Drink: The fudgy and chocolatey coffee that is perfect for a pour over coffee.

Parkit Eclipse — Undertow — Outdoors: A chair that packs like a backpack and reclines like furniture. It is the reason a beach afternoon turns into a beach evening.

Aesop — Essentials: The products that support my skincare routine.

The Code — Toolkit: A weekday email on AI that stays useful. One of the few newsletters I actually open the morning it lands.

Procreate — Toolkit: The most important iPad app where most of my digital art actually is created. A one-time purchase that pays for itself the first day.

Art with Flo — Teachers: Amazing art teacher with free and paid tutorials for Procreate on iPad.

Hydro Flask — Essentials: My favorite water bottle. Actually I have three of them. Ice survives a whole day in the car.

SaunaBox Pulse Pro — Practice: A portable infrared sauna with red light, kept in the corner of the garage. Twenty minutes in it resets a whole day.

Yoga — Practice: I completed the 200-hour hatha teacher training at Wanderlust. What a life-changing experience.

Yoga Nidra — Practice: Yoga Nidra is the art of conscious deep relaxation. In this state of consciousness the body is asleep but the mind is fully awake and active in the healing process. It can restore the proper flow of energy through the body and lets both body and mind heal themselves.

Meditation — Practice: This is a daily practice that helps reset everything and shouldn't be skipped.

Agave Attenuata — Outdoors: My favorite succulent — I have more of them than I will admit to.

Ooni Koda 16 — Outdoors: Two minutes to a proper stone-baked pizza, in the back yard. There is a learning curve but it's more than worth it.

Kombucha — Food & Drink: I like to brew my own.

iPad Pro 13″ + Pencil Pro + Magic Keyboard — Essentials: 512GB, Cellular, Space Black, standard glass. The iPad, the Apple Pencil Pro, and the Magic Keyboard together are what actually replaced my laptop for most of the day.
